LICENSED COUNSELOR · ENNEAGRAM COACH · LIFE CONSULTANT
Hi, I'm Tracy.
I'm a licensed counselor and Enneagram coach based in Central Florida, and I've spent years doing something I genuinely love — getting to know people and helping them understand themselves more clearly.
I'm endlessly curious about why people do what they do. What drives them. What holds them back. What they're capable of when they finally get out of their own way. That curiosity is at the heart of everything I do — whether I'm sitting with a client in a counseling session, guiding someone through their Enneagram type, or helping a team figure out why they keep running into the same friction.
I'm also a recovering perfectionist — which means I've done plenty of my own work, and I bring that firsthand understanding of the gap between knowing better and actually doing better into every conversation I have.
“Most people aren’t struggling because they lack effort. They’re struggling because they lack clarity. When that changes — everything changes.”

WHAT I BELIEVE
The things that shape how I work.
Curiosity is more powerful than criticism.
I've found that real change almost never starts with judgment — of yourself or anyone else. It starts with getting genuinely curious about why you operate the way you do. That shift from self-criticism to self-curiosity is often the first and most important move. I try to model it in every session.
Insight isn't enough on its own.
Most of the people I work with are smart and self-aware. They already have some understanding of their patterns. What they're missing is the bridge between knowing and actually living differently — and that bridge is what I'm here to help build. Understanding yourself is the beginning, not the destination.
The relationship matters.
I believe the quality of the working relationship between a client and their counselor or consultant is one of the most important factors in whether change actually happens. I take that seriously. You can expect authenticity, genuine care, and a lot of direct honesty — delivered with warmth, not judgment.
Change is possible — and it's worth it.
I've sat with enough people through enough hard, slow, sometimes discouraging work to say this with real conviction: the journey is worth it. People change. Patterns shift. Lives genuinely become more intentional, more peaceful, and more aligned. I never get tired of watching it happen.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
The rest of the picture.
My first priority is being a wife and mom — which keeps me honest about work-life balance in a way that nothing else could. Outside the office you'll find me homeschooling my kids, snuggling my dachshund, running, riding a horse, or jumping in a lake somewhere.
I'm a casual writer, a fledgling gardener, an occasional cook, an outside enthusiast, local explorer, and a constant country music listener. I was a literature major in my undergrad, so I love to read and analyze a good text. I'm fascinated by brain science and personality theory, and I truly believe that sunshine and a long walk can solve most anything (or, at least, make it all seem more navigable)!
