Scope of Practice & Educational Use Disclosure

Thank you for being here. I want you to clearly understand the nature of the services and materials offered through this website and my programs so that you can make informed decisions about whether they are right for you.

My Role

I am a licensed mental health professional with clinical training and experience. However, the courses, workshops, resources, and educational materials offered through this platform are provided solely in an educational and consulting capacity, not as therapy or mental health treatment.

My intention is to offer tools, frameworks, and insights that support self-understanding, personal growth, and intentional decision-making.

What This Work Is:

The content and programs offered here are:

  • educational

  • skills-based

  • insight-oriented

  • growth-focused

They are designed to help you better understand patterns, motivations, communication styles, and relational dynamics so that you can apply that awareness in your daily life.

What This Work Is Not:

These offerings are not:

  • therapy

  • counseling

  • psychological treatment

  • medical or mental health care

  • diagnosis or assessment

  • crisis support

  • a substitute for licensed clinical services

Participating in any course, program, or communication does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

When Therapy May Be More Appropriate

Educational tools can be helpful, but they are not the right level of support for every situation.

Working with a licensed therapist or healthcare provider may be more appropriate if you are experiencing:

  • significant emotional distress

  • trauma symptoms

  • severe anxiety or depression

  • thoughts of self-harm

  • thoughts of harming others

  • relationship violence or abuse

  • substance dependence

  • mental health crises

If you are in immediate distress or crisis, please contact emergency services or another licensed professional in your area.

Personal Responsibility

By engaging with these materials, you acknowledge that:

  • you are responsible for your own choices and actions

  • you supply and apply information voluntarily

  • results cannot be guaranteed

Educational insight can be powerful, but real change always depends on personal implementation and circumstances.

Ethical Commitment

Maintaining clear professional boundaries is important to me. Providing educational resources and services separately from my clinical services helps ensure:

  • transparency

  • autonomy

  • appropriate expectations

  • ethical clarity

My goal is to offer helpful tools while honoring the distinction between education and clinical care.
