A Gentle First Step — 15-Minute Clarity Call
If you’re here, chances are something inside you is asking for attention.
Maybe you’re holding everything together on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, depleted, or disconnected. You may not be in crisis—you’re just SO TIRED of carrying so much on your own. Many women I work with have spent years prioritizing others and are only now realizing how little space they’ve had for themselves.
This short call is simply a place to pause, breathe …. and talk things through.
What This Call Is Like
The 15-minute Clarity Call is:
A warm, low-pressure conversation (online or over the phone — your choice!)
A chance to share what’s been weighing on you
An opportunity to ask questions and see if therapy feels like the right next step
It’s not therapy, and there’s no obligation to continue afterward.
You don’t need to know exactly what to say—just come as you are.
Who I Typically Work With
I work primarily with adult women (ages 25–60) who are experiencing:
Ongoing stress or anxiety
Mild to moderate depression
Emotional exhaustion or burnout
Relationship or identity struggles
Many clients reach out during times of transition—such as divorce, motherhood, caregiving, or other seasons of change—when life no longer feels sustainable the way it once did.
I do not work with active suicidal ideation or psychosis. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll help you find support that is.
