What is Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL)?

EAL is the use of horses and related interactive experiences to help groups take big strides toward growth and connection.

Workshops are 2-3 hours long and take place outside at a local barn. With the help of horse professionals, Tracy facilitates pre-planned activities with your group and the horses to target team goals and create the ultimate in a fun, bonding experience for your group.

Why Horses?

Horses are remarkably sensitive (and responsive) to people's body language and behavior. As a result, they can act as mirrors — enabling clients to notice their inner selves and to actively participate in the development of self-awareness, self-confidence, communication, life, and relationship skills.
