As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor turned Life Consultant, Tracy gets to do something she loves: get to know people and cultivate potential.
IN HER OWN WORDS ...
Born and raised in Central Florida, I am at home in a perpetual (and humid) summer. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in English. Beginning as a production artist on a national magazine, I navigated the creative side of publishing for years before joining the staff of a local church to do graphic design, marketing and brand management.
While I loved my job, I grew increasingly restless behind my desk. That unrest led to a couple years of soul searching, personal counseling and, ultimately, clarity regarding my wiring and vocational calling. I went back to school, graduating with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
After years working as a therapist, I began the transition into life consultation and coaching. Today, I am thrilled to be doing something I’m passionate about — helping people discover and pursue abundant life.
Focusing on overall wellness — physical, mental, emotional, relational and spiritual — I work with adults who are ready to change their lives.
As a recovering perfectionist, I love helping people (especially women) discover a path to self-care, self-compassion and self-acceptance.
Outside the office, you can find me loving on my husband, daughter, doxie pups, nephews and niece, running distance, riding a horse, or jumping in a lake. I’m an aspiring writer, fledgling gardener, occasional cook, outside enthusiast, and a constant Country music listener.

Personal and Practice Values
Tracy is motivated by God’s truth and the potential of His creation. She believes psychology is a nod to theology — that our problems and pain in life are but indicators and an inroad to the eternal (and unfathomable) purposes of God. To that end, prayer and Scripture can be powerful tools in any transformative process. Tracy does not work with Christians exclusively, but she will gladly incorporate biblical truths if the client is amenable.
Personal growth is a process and requires a commitment from both the client and the consultant. The first step is often the hardest, but the journey can be revolutionary and freeing. Tracy truly believes that clients can find courage, confront fears and work through seemingly impossible obstacles. One day at a time, one session at a time, progress is possible … and it’s worth the work.
You can expect authenticity, acceptance and compassion when you work with Tracy. She believes that a trusting consultant-client relationship is a helpful catalyst for change. She also believes that healthy relationships, in general, are foundational to emotional and spiritual growth. As a result, consultation often involves focus on past and current relationships and their dynamic and impact.
